Alpina FC's Jo Van Deijck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luizão Varela in the 22nd minute of play. Matias Simons kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. A hard shot 30 in the game by Nicolaas Abrams from a close distance when the talented Tomé Soeiro managed to make a qualified save. FC BARCELONA's players were relieved. After some careless play in the Alpina FC defense, Jeferson Vides kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jo Van Deijck. The Alpina FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jo Van Deijck should have stopped the shot. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pedro Luiz Bezerra made a kick off. The Alpina FC fans' excitement grew in the 51st match minute when Alpina FC's Mattijs Van Beylen looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Alpina FC's Jo Van Deijck proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Alpina FC from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Alpina FC booed when FC BARCELONA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gernando de Mendonça didn't get a good kick on the ball. The attack was good, but when Mattijs Van Beylen in the 66th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. A collision led to FC BARCELONA getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Jeferson Vides hit a great ball. When Alpina FC's Mattijs Van Beylen in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Jo Van Deijck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ignace Tael hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match.
