In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Glorioso Deportivo Cali's goalkeeper Hardi Jucknischke, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. King Scorpio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hardi Jucknischke read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. Bartosz Wicherek hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. 12 minutes into the match, Glorioso Deportivo Cali's goal looked a bit too open when King Scorpio came free, but Hardi Jucknischke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, King Scorpio put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Hardi Jucknischke. King Scorpio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hardi Jucknischke read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Olle Olsson made in the 31st minute of the game a quick throw-in and King Scorpio immediately put the ball in play. Guerau Sastre kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. King Scorpio struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Hardi Jucknischke didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for A4p FC Gad. In the 46th minute King Scorpio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hardi Jucknischke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 47 minutes into the game, King Scorpio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Hardi Jucknischke was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rigoberto Bastiaro was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by King Scorpio in the 52nd minute of play forced Glorioso Deportivo Cali's goalkeeper Hardi Jucknischke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hardi Jucknischke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from King Scorpio in the 60th minute of play. King Scorpio might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hardi Jucknischke. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. King Scorpio ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rigoberto Bastiaro in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Glenn Fyfe saved A4p FC Gad from getting behind. 72 minutes into the match, A4p FC Gad's King Scorpio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hardi Jucknischke narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 73 minutes of play, Glorioso Deportivo Cali's Omar Arnaldo made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Glenn Fyfe was left in no man's land by his defense there! A4p FC Gad made a substitution. Gică Busuioc replaced King Scorpio. Through an outstanding action, after 78 minutes, Hardi Jucknischke successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 81 played minutes A4p FC Gad got a freekick which was hit by Erasmo Damião. 86 minutes into the match, Glorioso Deportivo Cali's goal looked a bit too open when Gică Busuioc came free, but Hardi Jucknischke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hardi Jucknischke didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gică Busuioc went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. Flavius Cândroveanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Hardi Jucknischke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A4p FC Gad's Glenn Fyfe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rigoberto Bastiaro in the 96th minute of play.
