The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Theo Chassot made in the 3rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Glentown FC's Zoltán Kis. In the 10th minute Hasta Alfonso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrien Tanneau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adrien Tanneau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hasta Alfonso in the 12th minute of play. Hasta Alfonso took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adrien Tanneau. Adrien Tanneau dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Hasta Alfonso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hasta Alfonso in the 17th minute of play forced Valette Stars's goalkeeper Adrien Tanneau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute, Hasta Alfonso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Adrien Tanneau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hasta Alfonso in the 26th minute of the match. Hasta Alfonso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hasta Alfonso scored 0-2 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adrien Tanneau, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dove Cousseau could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Lars Klementsson made a huge save. The Glentown FC fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when Glentown FC's Hasta Alfonso looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Adrien Tanneau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ralf Fransson in the 40th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Amadeu Martins in the 42nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Glentown FC's Zoltán Kis. The Valette Stars players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Glentown FC were winning 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hasta Alfonso was the one to do the kick off. Hasta Alfonso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Adrien Tanneau made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Hasta Alfonso sent off a good shot on target. Adrien Tanneau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ralf Fransson in the 57th minute of the match. When Theo Chassot fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Valette Stars's protests and gave Theo Chassot a yellow card for diving instead. After 59 played minutes Valette Stars got a freekick which was hit by Theo Chassot. Valette Stars's Mourad Floury was substituted for Kilian Risse. After a rather tough play, Valette Stars's Theo Chassot got a free kick in the 60th minute. With his leg Adrien Tanneau managed to avoid a goal in the 66thth minute, when Glentown FC's Hasta Alfonso fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 68 minutes into the match, Hasta Alfonso notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Valette Stars's Adrien Tanneau. Adrien Tanneau was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Glentown FC's Nils Dalman was substituted for Hồ Linda. If Valentin Bellard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hasta Alfonso's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 79thth minute, Adrien Tanneau skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pierre-Antoine Landemaine during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 88th minute of the match, Ralf Fransson tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Adrien Tanneau saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 89 minutes into the match, Hasta Alfonso notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Valette Stars's Adrien Tanneau. Adrien Tanneau was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 97th minute of the match Glentown FC got a corner. Valette Stars's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Zoltán Kis ran over to the corner to take the kick. Glentown FC played a much better game than Valette Stars and deserved their victory. The Valette Stars players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
