After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Dan Pruvot managed to get in a good position for a shot. Valette Stars's supporters rose to their feet, but Dan Pruvot was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Will McMahon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Reuben Bunch got free with Adrien Tanneau in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jerry Lawler could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Adrien Tanneau made a huge save. 35 minutes into the match, Valette Stars's Kilian Risse sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Will McMahon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Vancouver Reds's Will McMahon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kilian Risse in the 38th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 45 minutes, Adrien Tanneau successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Will McMahon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Apollinaire Gousse in the 83rd minute of play forced Valette Stars's goalkeeper Adrien Tanneau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Will McMahon stood somewhat misplaced when Valentin Bellard came free in front of goal and shot 0-2 to the left of him in the 86 minute. Adrien Tanneau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frankie Carnes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valentin Bellard in the 97thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Will McMahon, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The Vancouver Reds supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Valette Stars's performance. The match ended with a win for Valette Stars.
