Jerry Lawler started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Vancouver Reds booed when F.Salgado F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pitin Sánchez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teodoro Moreno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 10th minute F.Salgado F.C. were awarded a corner. Siro Rainerio went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Siro Rainerio almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Vancouver Reds's Will McMahon did a great save. In the 12th minute, Teodoro Moreno ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Will McMahon was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 15 minutes into the game, F.Salgado F.C.'s Teodoro Moreno nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Will McMahon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Cristo Negroni kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Robert Macaneață struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Will McMahon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for F.Salgado F.C.. Will McMahon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodoro Moreno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes into the match, Teodoro Moreno dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Will McMahon, 3-0. Matt Ryan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Apollinaire Gousse in the 37th minute of the match. 39 minutes into the match, Teodoro Moreno notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Vancouver Reds's Will McMahon. Will McMahon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 42 minutes into the match, F.Salgado F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Frankie Carnes came free, but Matt Ryan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Will McMahon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Teodoro Moreno went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Teodoro Moreno stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodoro Moreno in the 54th minute of play forced Vancouver Reds's goalkeeper Will McMahon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Matt Ryan made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Apollinaire Gousse sent off a good shot on target. In the 68th minute, Teodoro Moreno got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vancouver Reds's goalkeeper Will McMahon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Vancouver Reds getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Nathan Descoteaux hit a great ball. 73 minutes into the match, Vancouver Reds's goal looked a bit too open when Siro Rainerio came free, but Will McMahon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 78 minutes of play, F.Salgado F.C.'s Teodoro Moreno made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Will McMahon was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vancouver Reds's Will McMahon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodoro Moreno in the 86th minute of play. In the 89th minute, Teodoro Moreno left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The F.Salgado F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. 93 minutes into the match, Teodoro Moreno had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Will McMahon. Vancouver Reds's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Teodoro Moreno was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. F.Salgado F.C. had played much better football throughout.
