Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Roceira SC's Hulk Speed started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Alberigo Prosperi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Marcelinho Barral made a huge save. Alberigo Prosperi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcelinho Barral read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. Thomás Toscano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hulk Speed in the 6th minute of the match. In the 8th minute Alberigo Prosperi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelinho Barral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Válbson Moraes charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Válbson Moraes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jarl Rossebø could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Marcelinho Barral made a huge save. 19 minutes had been played when some careless play by Capibaribe Stars's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Michel Haaland was slow to take the kick. During this time Roceira SC's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Roceira SC's corner Ksawery Winnicki fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Thomás Toscano quite easily take care of the ball. Alberigo Prosperi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Marcelinho Barral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, Capibaribe Stars's goal looked a bit too open when Ksawery Winnicki came free, but Thomás Toscano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roceira SC were awarded a corner in the 27th minute after Capibaribe Stars's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Michel Haaland took the corner. The audience was convinced that Alberigo Prosperi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcelinho Barral was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Marcelinho Barral was left in no man's land by his defense there! Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alberigo Prosperi to make the kick off. Capibaribe Stars's Thomás Toscano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michel Haaland in the 53rd minute of play. 55 minutes into the game, Alberigo Prosperi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Marcelinho Barral was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Marcelinho Barral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jarl Rossebø in the 58th minute of the match. After having played for 61 minutes, Alberigo Prosperi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Capibaribe Stars's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alberigo Prosperi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Roceira SC's Marcelinho Barral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberigo Prosperi in the 66th minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Jarl Rossebø got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Marcelinho Barral quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mohamed Basso in the 72nd minute of play forced Roceira SC's goalkeeper Marcelinho Barral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 75 minutes into the match, Mohamed Basso notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Roceira SC's Marcelinho Barral. Marcelinho Barral was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 78 minutes into the game, one of Roceira SC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Marcelinho Barral had in the 79thth minute some difficulties stopping Mohamed Basso's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 79th minute Mohamed Basso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelinho Barral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Capibaribe Stars's Mohamed Basso in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Roceira SC's goalie prevented a goal. Mohamed Basso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Roceira SC defense, Mohamed Basso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcelinho Barral. The Roceira SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcelinho Barral should have stopped the shot.
