When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vinicio Junior made a kick off. In the 55th minute Jenipapo SC were awarded a corner. Ricardinho Pena went to the cornerflag to take it. Charlie Boström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl Pilgren having to interfere. In the 67th minute, Vinicio Junior got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 70th match minute, A.A. Francana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olavo Mota to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Ricardinho Pena's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Renan Melo was relentless in the 75th minute of the game.
