Witalis Brysz started the match with the kick off. Ksawery Winnicki took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Moisés Arruda. Moisés Arruda dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Moisés Arruda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michel Haaland in the 6th minute of play. Marcelinho Barral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Witalis Brysz, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Marcelinho Barral didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cássio Maia went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 15th minute Ksawery Winnicki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Moisés Arruda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcelinho Barral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerson Carneiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. 19 minutes into the game, Poetass FC's Gerson Carneiro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcelinho Barral made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kalle Billberg in the 24th minute of play forced Roceira SC's goalkeeper Marcelinho Barral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Poetass FC's goalkeeper Moisés Arruda had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Michel Haaland. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hulk Speed in the 33rd minute of play forced Poetass FC's goalkeeper Moisés Arruda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Moisés Arruda came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Roceira SC's Hulk Speed. But to his dismay, Hulk Speed quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Marcelinho Barral stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kalle Billberg's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. The Roceira SC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Poetass FC were winning 2-3.

Roceira SC made a substitution. Dedê Oliveira replaced Aílton Damião. Moisés Arruda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ksawery Winnicki in the 52nd minute of the match. Roceira SC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Michel Haaland in the 53rd minute. Roceira SC's Dedê Oliveira was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Moisés Arruda in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Moisés Arruda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ksawery Winnicki, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Dedê Oliveira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Roceira SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dedê Oliveira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Moisés Arruda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 62 minutes into the match, Roceira SC's goalkeeper Marcelinho Barral had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kalle Billberg. If Ksawery Winnicki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Poetass FC's Nildo de Souza was substituted for Gerson Carneiro. With a little luck, Roceira SC's Marcelinho Barral got control of the ball when Kalle Billberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kalle Billberg spun around in front of the goal 72 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Roceira SC's goal. A collision led to Roceira SC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Valdo das Neves hit a great ball. When Cleiton Carioca came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Poetass FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cleiton Carioca couldn't finish the play. In the 85th minute, Witalis Brysz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 89th minute, Witalis Brysz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 92nd minute, Poetass FC's Nildo de Souza dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-4. Nildo de Souza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Marcelinho Barral made a huge save. The Poetass FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Poetass FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
