In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Sitges FC's goalkeeper Montrel Guijarro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Laurin Ladra kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. When Olof Simonsson came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the REAL SUOMI CF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olof Simonsson couldn't finish the play. 41 minutes into the match, Sitges FC's goalkeeper Montrel Guijarro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Olof Simonsson. When Gorri Fonticoba came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Sitges FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gorri Fonticoba couldn't finish the play. A well-hit corner resulted in Ragnar Ahlbom heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The REAL SUOMI CF players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sitges FC were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gorri Fonticoba to make the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Larry Herrera kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tobias Sandberg. That made the score 1-3 in the 59 minute of play. In the 75th minute, Gorri Fonticoba left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sitges FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. Tobias Sandberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laurin Ladra, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Gorri Fonticoba succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-6 in the 79th playminute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laurin Ladra in the 82nd minute of play forced REAL SUOMI CF's goalkeeper Tobias Sandberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aranguiz Rojas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-8. After having played for 94 minutes, Gorri Fonticoba managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sitges FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gorri Fonticoba was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aranguiz Rojas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Tobias Sandberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sitges FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
