Bernardo Flores made a great header on Gucci United's corner, it was just that Gullstad SK's Harald Hopp managed to reach the ball for a save. Flemming Cavegn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuel Herlea, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Gullstad SK's Harald Hopp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Codrin Aldescu in the 16th minute of play. Flemming Cavegn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuel Herlea, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Gucci United's Flemming Cavegn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Herlea in the 28th minute of play. After 30 played minutes Gullstad SK got a freekick which was hit by Theodor Solheim. In the 31st minute Codrin Aldescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harald Hopp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Martin Onofre in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Flemming Cavegn saved Gucci United from getting behind. The Gullstad SK fans' excitement grew in the 34th match minute when Gullstad SK's Martin Onofre looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 36 minutes into the match, Gullstad SK's goal looked a bit too open when Andre Despland came free, but Harald Hopp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 38 minutes, Harald Hopp successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Flemming Cavegn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mircea Balint, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. A collision led to Gullstad SK getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Denis Prezan hit a great ball. 42 minutes into the match, Gullstad SK's goal looked a bit too open when Codrin Aldescu came free, but Harald Hopp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 43 played minutes Gucci United got a freekick which was hit by Andre Despland. Flemming Cavegn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emanuel Herlea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Emanuel Herlea stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A well-hit corner resulted in Birk Vestre heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The referee felt a red card was in order, 55 minutes into the game, when Fidelis Greub put in a rough tackle. In the 54th minute, one of Gucci United:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Gucci United. Flemming Cavegn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emanuel Herlea went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gullstad SK's goalkeeper Harald Hopp, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Graciano Widenmeier took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Harald Hopp. Harald Hopp dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 69th match minute, Gullstad SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Theodor Solheim to maneuver through the defense. In the 70th minute Codrin Aldescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harald Hopp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gucci United's Renato Aeberli got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Gullstad SK's Jan-Joost Roodenburg got a free kick in the 90th minute. Martin Onofre could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Flemming Cavegn made a huge save. Per Langelier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mircea Balint got free with Flemming Cavegn in the 98th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
