In the 23rd minute Teodoro Lamberto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Sele saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 25 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Ciro Mino sped through Yateley's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Daniel Sele. If Hector Mogel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roman Bürzle hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. After having played for 41 minutes, Hector Mogel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nueva Chicago's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hector Mogel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Ciro Mino kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Daniel Sele. That made the score 4-0 in the 43 minute of play.
After a defensive mix-up in Yateley's zone, Ciro Mino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daniel Sele came out of the goal and Ciro Mino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Konrad Neumeyer hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Ferdinand Nymann's late challenge caught a Nueva Chicago's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ferdinand Nymann helped the player get up and apologised. After 54 played minutes Yateley got a freekick which was hit by Ferdinand Nymann. Teodoro Lamberto took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 55th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Daniel Sele. Yateley's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 57th minute Ciro Mino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Sele saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, Yateley's goal looked a bit too open when Ciro Mino came free, but Daniel Sele reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 87 minutes into the match, Yateley's goal looked a bit too open when Fausto Guter came free, but Daniel Sele reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ciro Mino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 90 minutes into the match, Ciro Mino notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Yateley's Daniel Sele. Daniel Sele was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 94 minutes into the game, Ciro Mino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Daniel Sele was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. There was no doubt that Nueva Chicago were the better team. Nueva Chicago's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
