Santiago Romano scored 0-2 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sugar Robinson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Soda Stereo FC Unplugged's Santiago Romano in 21 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Sugar Robinson guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Santiago Romano took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sugar Robinson. After a rather tough play, Soda Stereo FC Unplugged's Evaristo Unai got a free kick in the 30th minute. Roman Pudes hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Sugar Robinson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santiago Romano, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 45th minute Santiago Romano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sugar Robinson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Santiago Romano to make the kick off. Sugar Robinson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ermegildo Iruinea in the 56th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Jacinto Aurre kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Sugar Robinson. That made the score 0-4 in the 57 minute of play. Soda Stereo FC Unplugged's Santiago Romano got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 82 minutes into the match, Delmiro Lleir dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Sugar Robinson, 0-6. In the 86th match minute, Scarborough Town was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dansam Ros to maneuver through the defense. Santiago Romano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Sugar Robinson made a huge save. 92 minutes into the game, Soda Stereo FC Unplugged's Ermegildo Iruinea nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sugar Robinson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7.

When the final whistle sounded Soda Stereo FC Unplugged left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Scarborough Town.
