Ími Friðbertsson started the match with the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bawang Merah in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gil Ceni prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vestfjorden FK's Gil Ceni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Duta Setiawan in the 11th minute of play. 12 minutes into the game, one of Vestfjorden FK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Vestfjorden FK:s Gil Ceni showed great skill when he stopped Bawang Merah:s penalty. In the 19th minute, Jørgen Holmgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Bawang Merah put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Gil Ceni. Gil Ceni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Duta Setiawan, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. After 29 played minutes Vestfjorden FK got a freekick which was hit by Bendik Breistein. After a rather tough play, SAPI FC's Hesky Latuihamalo got a free kick in the 30th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bawang Merah in the 32nd minute of play forced Vestfjorden FK's goalkeeper Gil Ceni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute Duta Setiawan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gil Ceni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Håkon Persson hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bawang Merah in the 45th minute of play forced Vestfjorden FK's goalkeeper Gil Ceni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bawang Merah scored 0-3 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gil Ceni, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Duta Setiawan made a kick off. Torjus Pettersen struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. The referee showed Torjus Pettersen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of SAPI FC booed when Vestfjorden FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torjus Pettersen didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st minute, Bawang Merah left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SAPI FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Anak Jamet hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bawang Merah in the 68th minute of play forced Vestfjorden FK's goalkeeper Gil Ceni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 71 minutes into the match, SAPI FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jørgen Holmgren came free, but Paijo Sutrisna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 74 minutes into the match, Vestfjorden FK's goal looked a bit too open when Hesky Latuihamalo came free, but Gil Ceni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Duta Setiawans short, quick shot in the 81stth minute got Gil Ceni to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Duta Setiawan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 82ndth minute, Gil Ceni skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After some careless play in the Vestfjorden FK defense, Duta Setiawan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gil Ceni. In the 97th minute, Olof Mellberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The SAPI FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
