Johnny Paredes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clodoveo Pero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arlo Albiz in the 24thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Alvaro Enmanuel, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 25th minute Franko Estades shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvaro Enmanuel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arlo Albiz in the 27thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Alvaro Enmanuel, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 28 minutes into the match, Caaguazu's goal looked a bit too open when Teodosio Stanislao came free, but Johnny Paredes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Concepcion del Uruguay FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arlo Albiz came free, but Alvaro Enmanuel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alvaro Enmanuel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arlo Albiz in the 29th minute of the match. Alvaro Enmanuel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arlo Albiz to make the kick off. In the 55th minute Arlo Albiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvaro Enmanuel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 58 played minutes Concepcion del Uruguay FC got a freekick which was hit by Froilan Lop. Caaguazu's Jorge Roman was substituted for Franko Estades. With a little luck, Caaguazu's Johnny Paredes got control of the ball when Clodoveo Pero tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 79thth minute of the game Teodosio Stanislao who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Caaguazu's Johnny Paredes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Malvin Vidaurre fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Caaguazu's protests and gave Malvin Vidaurre a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Concepcion del Uruguay FC booed when Caaguazu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Malvin Vidaurre didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Arlo Albiz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alvaro Enmanuel was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. In the 86th minute of the match Concepcion del Uruguay FC got a corner. Caaguazu's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ulises Salbatore ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 87th minute Teodosio Stanislao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johnny Paredes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Malvin Vidaurre recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Clodoveo Peros short, quick shot in the 93rdth minute got Johnny Paredes to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Caaguazu were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Concepcion del Uruguay FC for a fine match.
