With a couple of smart ball manuevers Michele Näscher in the 2nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wilhelm Falkrantz saved Falconer FC from getting behind. In the 3rd minute, Ingmar Berglund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Verner Giliusson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Henric Sefastsson kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the match, Borussia Dortmund's Lorenzo Haltinner broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Wilhelm Falkrantz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Konrad Cakir, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 25 minutes into the match, Borussia Dortmund's goalkeeper Dieter Eberle had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gottfrid Holm. 42 minutes into the match, Borussia Dortmund's goal looked a bit too open when Verner Giliusson came free, but Dieter Eberle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 47th minute, Svante Hult hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Konrad Cakir to make the kick off. Falconer FC's Wilhelm Falkrantz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michele Näscher in the 54th minute of play. Falconer FC's Wilhelm Falkrantz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Falconer FC from getting a goal against them. In the 63rd minute, Konrad Cakir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ronny Gantenbein during the 65th minute. In the 76th minute Michele Näscher shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilhelm Falkrantz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 77 minutes into the game, Falconer FC's Verner Giliusson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dieter Eberle made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Michele Näscher's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wilhelm Falkrantz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. With a little luck, Falconer FC's Wilhelm Falkrantz got control of the ball when Lorenzo Haltinner tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jimmy Grep kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match.
