In the 8th match minute, AC Milan Tigers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Petru Lăceanu to maneuver through the defense. In the 10th minute João Gaúcho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Codrin Barbăneagră saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that João Gaúcho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Codrin Barbăneagră was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. 10 minutes into the game, Liu Yu Ning was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GoalHunters's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AC Milan Tigers the free kick. After 11 played minutes GoalHunters got a freekick which was hit by Liu Yu Ning. With a little luck, GoalHunters's Daniel Jienescu got control of the ball when Martin Răuţă tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match clock showed 19 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Panait Vişoiu sped through AC Milan Tigers's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Codrin Barbăneagră. Daniel Jienescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Răuţă in the 27th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bogdan Sârban got free with Daniel Jienescu in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling João Gaúcho in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Codrin Barbăneagră prevented the ball from getting in the gole. GoalHunters were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after AC Milan Tigers's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Leontin Traianescu took the corner. Codrin Barbăneagră took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Jerrold, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Jienescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcu Cruceru in the 43rd minute of the match. Pedro Jerrold took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Codrin Barbăneagră. Codrin Barbăneagră dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The wind increased when João Gaúcho made the kick off in the second half. Daniel Jienescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horia Bodiu in the 51st minute of play. In the 57th play minute Panait Vişoiu came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Codrin Barbăneagră. 0-4. Daniel Jienescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Enciu in the 60th minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Eugen Croitoru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. GoalHunters's Daniel Jienescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Răuţă in the 63rd minute of play. Codrin Barbăneagră showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Gaúcho in the 66th minute of the match. Panait Vişoiu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Codrin Barbăneagră made a huge save. In the 73rd minute, Xiao Jing Fan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Răuţă in the 74th minute of play forced GoalHunters's goalkeeper Daniel Jienescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Pedro Jerrold took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Codrin Barbăneagră to make any attempt to save it. After having played for 81 minutes, Pedro Jerrold managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GoalHunters's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pedro Jerrold was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Xiao Jing Fan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Codrin Barbăneagră made a huge save. Daniel Jienescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentin Enciu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Codrin Barbăneagră showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Gaúcho, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. A collision led to GoalHunters getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Xiao Jing Fan hit a great ball. In the 95th minute of the match Marcu Cruceru shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Daniel Jienescu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Darius Plop kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. After 97 played minutes AC Milan Tigers got a freekick which was hit by Horia Bodiu.
