After a rather tough play, SAPI FC's Nuralim Adnyana got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 18th minute Marcu Cruceru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paijo Sutrisna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 19th match minute, SAPI FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anak Jamet to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd minute AC Milan Tigers were awarded a corner. Marcu Cruceru went to the cornerflag to take it. When SAPI FC's Duta Setiawan in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Marcu Cruceru didn't quite understand what happened when in the 35 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. After 40 minutes SAPI FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marcu Cruceru who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Marcu Cruceru almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but SAPI FC's Paijo Sutrisna did a great save. Paijo Sutrisna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bogdan Sârban, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. If Duta Setiawan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

AC Milan Tigers's Codrin Barbăneagră played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Duta Setiawan in the 51st minute of play. Bawang Merah's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Codrin Barbăneagră read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Bawang Merah sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 54 minutes into the match, AC Milan Tigers's goal looked a bit too open when Bawang Merah came free, but Codrin Barbăneagră reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Codrin Barbăneagră didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bawang Merah went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Codrin Barbăneagră showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Duta Setiawan in the 58th minute of the match. In the 60th minute Bawang Merah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Codrin Barbăneagră saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Codrin Barbăneagră took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bawang Merah, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Codrin Barbăneagră came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by SAPI FC's Bawang Merah. But to his dismay, Bawang Merah quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. After 83 played minutes SAPI FC got a freekick which was hit by Martinus Bachdim. SAPI FC's Makan Beling quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ion Văcărescu, made in the 86th minute of the game. Bogdan Sârban's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Paijo Sutrisna firmly grabbed it by the left post. Codrin Barbăneagră took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bawang Merah, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. SAPI FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
