The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gelacio Campomanes was slow to take the kick. During this time Fillos de Breogán's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Fillos de Breogán's Domeka Paredes to fire away a dangerous shot which Joseba Diez despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Joseba Diez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orti Sánchez in the 15th minute of the match. Joseba Diez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Calisto Abril, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fillos de Breogán's Garibaldo Quijana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Qwinton Lastras in the 22nd minute of play. Ponte Riba Dil C.F.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Garaona Salgado in the 23rd minute. Ponte Riba Dil C.F.'s Garaona Salgado was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Garibaldo Quijana in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 25 minutes in the game Francisco Unzueta did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Görkem Güneş. Orti Sánchez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Joseba Diez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joseba Diez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Calisto Abril, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Joseba Diez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gelacio Campomanes in the 30th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Gelacio Campomanes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joseba Diez was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Ponte Riba Dil C.F.'s Joseba Diez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orti Sánchez in the 32nd minute of play. After 36 minutes of play, Fillos de Breogán's Orti Sánchez made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joseba Diez was left in no man's land by his defense there! 40 minutes into the match, Fillos de Breogán's goalkeeper Garibaldo Quijana had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gau Olle. Ayberk Baştuğ made in the 44th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Fillos de Breogán's Lope Herrero. The Ponte Riba Dil C.F. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Fillos de Breogán were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Orti Sánchez to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Francisco Unzueta threw the ball into play from the sideline. Fillos de Breogán's Lope Herrero quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The audience was convinced that Orti Sánchez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joseba Diez was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. With his leg Joseba Diez managed to avoid a goal in the 55thth minute, when Fillos de Breogán's Orti Sánchez fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Lope Herrero kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Fillos de Breogán's attentive Yağızalp Ulaş managed to snatch the ball when Francisco Unzueta made a throw-in in the 65th minute of the game. In the 66th match minute, Ponte Riba Dil C.F. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gau Olle to maneuver through the defense. Garibaldo Quijana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gau Olle in the 71st minute of play. If Orti Sánchez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 79 minutes in the game Lope Herrero did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Waldemar Olszewski. Joseba Diez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Calisto Abril in the 80th minute of the match. In the 84th match minute, Ponte Riba Dil C.F. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ayberk Baştuğ to maneuver through the defense. Joseba Diez came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Fillos de Breogán's Domeka Paredes. But to his dismay, Domeka Paredes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Garaona Salgado kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Fillos de Breogán's Garibaldo Quijana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gau Olle in the 92nd minute of play. Fillos de Breogán's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
