The CD Boiro fans' excitement grew in the 27th match minute when CD Boiro's Eustaquio Turi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Baldomero Chano managed to get in a good position for a shot. LVCVS AVGVSTI's supporters rose to their feet, but Baldomero Chano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Perico Raya breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Du Yuan Chao in the 46th minute of play forced CD Boiro's goalkeeper Perico Raya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eustaquio Turi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Perico Raya came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by LVCVS AVGVSTI's Du Yuan Chao. But to his dismay, Du Yuan Chao quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Perico Raya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronny Skytt, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Du Yuan Chao in the 64th minute of play forced CD Boiro's goalkeeper Perico Raya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 65 minutes into the match, LVCVS AVGVSTI's goalkeeper Rosario Escarza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eustaquio Turi. 68 minutes into the match, CD Boiro's goal looked a bit too open when Du Yuan Chao came free, but Perico Raya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st minute, Baldomero Chano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LVCVS AVGVSTI fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. The supporters of CD Boiro booed when LVCVS AVGVSTI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Venancio Olayo didn't get a good kick on the ball.
