The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to SSC Special Eleven getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. The corner ended in Concetto Barberio almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but YerBaTerOs's Oswaldo Allende did a great save. After 41 minutes SSC Special Eleven's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ascencio Puente who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Ascencio Puente got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Damian Ştiopul quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Oswaldo Allende showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfonso Mauro in the 45th minute of the match. In the 46th minute, Maximiliano Plata hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

YerBaTerOs made a substitution. Andres Anguciana replaced Intriago Viles. YerBaTerOs's Lucio Bruna was substituted for Xicu Treviño. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Andres Anguciana to strike the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the game, Alesandro Costacurta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. After a rather tough play, YerBaTerOs's Montalvo Huidobro got a free kick in the 80th minute. In the 84th minute, one of YerBaTerOs:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for YerBaTerOs. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dennis Termander in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oswaldo Allende saved YerBaTerOs from getting behind. The corner ended in Concetto Barberio almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but YerBaTerOs's Oswaldo Allende did a great save. Damian Ştiopul made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucio Bruna in the 94th minute of play. In the 99th minute, YerBaTerOs's Andres Anguciana dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. The YerBaTerOs players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
