After a rather tough play, Dum Dum Boys Athletics's Cai Sæter got a free kick in the 10th minute. A collision led to Dum Dum Boys Athletics getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Arild Thomassen hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Concetto Barberio managed to get in a good position for a shot. SSC Special Eleven's supporters rose to their feet, but Concetto Barberio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Trond Bjørheim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 16th match minute, Dum Dum Boys Athletics was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Svanberg to maneuver through the defense. 19 minutes into the match, SSC Special Eleven's goalkeeper Damian Ştiopul had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Keno De Bruyne. Trond Bjørheim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfonso Mauro, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Niks Mus hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Trond Bjørheim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruno Andreoli in the 34th minute of the match. Keno De Bruyne blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Damian Ştiopul having to make a save. Keno De Bruyne's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Damian Ştiopul firmly grabbed it by the left post. When the match clock showed 42 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Keno De Bruyne sped through SSC Special Eleven's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Damian Ştiopul. Damian Ştiopul made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adrian Svanberg in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Keno De Bruyne made the kick off in the second half. After 61 played minutes Dum Dum Boys Athletics got a freekick which was hit by Pedrinho Geromel. Dum Dum Boys Athletics's Trond Bjørheim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Dum Dum Boys Athletics from getting a goal against them. If Keno De Bruyne had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Trond Bjørheim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dennis Termander in the 73rd minute of play. Damian Ştiopul showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Keno De Bruyne, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Keno De Bruyne might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Damian Ştiopul. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Keno De Bruyne ran back to his position shaking his head. When Dum Dum Boys Athletics's Adrian Svanberg in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. SSC Special Eleven's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
