The shot was a little too simple and Ni Le Zheng could save by the left post. Enzo-Nicolás Perez hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. After having played for 22 minutes, Florencio Ferran managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Húsares's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florencio Ferran was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. AC Batán's Norberto Brun quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Paulo Gasteiz, made in the 31st minute of the game. In the 33rd match minute, AC Batán was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Konrad Wielkopolski to maneuver through the defense. The referee felt a red card was in order, 36 minutes into the game, when Mehmet Akif Ayana put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 35th minute of the game. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Acácio Nogueira to make the kick off.
