But to his dismay, Fernandinho Negri quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 15th minute Fernandinho Negri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magno Leme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alan Patrick hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Fernandinho Negri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luís Gustavo Ferreira kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Magno Leme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernandinho Negri, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Natã Paraense was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Edinho de Moraes kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. A hard shot by Hortêncio Cardoso from long distance, 32 minutes into the match, got Edvaldo Leal's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hortêncio Cardoso in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edvaldo Leal saved SORRISO E. C. from getting behind. Edvaldo Leal was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jeremias Abreu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 34 minute of play. Bernardinho Freitas charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bernardinho Freitas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to SORRISO E. C. getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Bernardinho Freitas hit a great ball. Bernardinho Freitas kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. In the 45th match minute, Real Santista FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcel Paranaense to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fernandinho Negri in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Magno Leme prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fernandinho Negri stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. SORRISO E. C. were awarded a corner in the 52th minute after Real Santista FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Bernardinho Freitas took the corner. Fernandinho Negri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Real Santista FC's goalkeeper Magno Leme, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Natã Paraense recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Fernandinho Negri's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Magno Leme was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. 叶默棋's late challenge caught a SORRISO E. C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 叶默棋 helped the player get up and apologised. In the 61st match minute, Real Santista FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 叶默棋 to maneuver through the defense. A nice corner shot did that Válter Ceresso got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Magno Leme quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Magno Leme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernandinho Negri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edvaldo Leal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeremias Abreu in the 73rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fernandinho Negri in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Magno Leme saved Real Santista FC from getting behind. A collision led to SORRISO E. C. getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Serafim Silveira hit a great ball. 83 minutes into the match, SORRISO E. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Hortêncio Cardoso came free, but Edvaldo Leal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Hortêncio Cardoso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edvaldo Leal was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. In the 88th minute Fernandinho Negri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magno Leme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edvaldo Leal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alan Patrick, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 96th minute, Bernardinho Freitas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Real Santista FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
