In the 8th minute Terceirense F.C. were awarded a corner. Valter Lucena went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Olívio Gouveia managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. After a rather tough play, Terceirense F.C.'s Valter Lucena got a free kick in the 11th minute. A collision led to Terceirense F.C. getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Norberto Leiria hit a great ball. In the 22nd minute, Fernan Ellande hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Lino Sarracino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Robert Enke was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. After 34 minutes, Norberto Leiria mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Terceirense F.C. and the Apocalípticos & Caóticos players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Terceirense F.C.'s Valter Lucena got a free kick in the 36th minute. When Apocalípticos & Caóticos's Alfonso Eguzki in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Terceirense F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. 44 minutes into the match, Terceirense F.C.'s goalkeeper Robert Enke had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Natalio Reno. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Silvestre Favila made the kick off in the second half. During the 55th minute of the match Norberto Leiria completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Norberto Leiria a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Norberto Leiria kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. In the 58th minute, Alfonso Eguzki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lucas Luis was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 82 minutes into the match. After 82 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Terceirense F.C.! The referee gave Apocalípticos & Caóticos a penalty, 85 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Eugenio Feliu, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Terceirense F.C.'s Robert Enke. 1-0. Robert Enke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvestre Favila, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Rato Toscano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. There was no doubt that Apocalípticos & Caóticos were the better team. Apocalípticos & Caóticos's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
