Rodrigo Nestor started the match with the kick off. Magno Leme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigo Nestor in the 5th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo Nestor in the 8th minute of play forced Real Santista FC's goalkeeper Magno Leme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Nicki Nick put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Magno Leme. ZigZag Athletic's Christer Söder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeremias Abreu in the 17th minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, ZigZag Athletic's goalkeeper Christer Söder had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jeremias Abreu. Rodrigo Nestor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Magno Leme having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Harry Houdini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 32 minutes of play, ZigZag Athletic's Nicki Nick made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Magno Leme was left in no man's land by his defense there! Magno Leme didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nicki Nick went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. 46 minutes into the match, Real Santista FC's goal looked a bit too open when Henrik Hedenskog came free, but Magno Leme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to ZigZag Athletic getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Nicki Nick hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jeremias Abreu was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute, Nicki Nick ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Magno Leme was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. After 59 minutes of play, ZigZag Athletic's Nicki Nick made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Magno Leme was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nicki Nick sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Magno Leme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicki Nick, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 64th minute, ZigZag Athletic's Nicki Nick dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-7. In the 68th minute, Nicki Nick reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Magno Leme. The goal made the score 0-8. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicki Nick in the 71st minute of play forced Real Santista FC's goalkeeper Magno Leme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Rodrigo Nestor managed to get in a good position for a shot. ZigZag Athletic's supporters rose to their feet, but Rodrigo Nestor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Magno Leme breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Nicki Nick had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With his leg Magno Leme managed to avoid a goal in the 82ndth minute, when ZigZag Athletic's Nicki Nick fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Nicki Nick recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Nicki Nick had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Magno Leme made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Nicki Nick sent off a good shot on target. 88 minutes into the game, Real Santista FC's Alan Patrick nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Christer Söder made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-8. In the 93rd minute, Nicki Nick reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Magno Leme. The goal made the score 1-9. When the final whistle went the supporters of ZigZag Athletic were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Real Santista FC side.
