Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jesper Vollander started the match with the kick off. In the 7th minute Jesper Vollander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Omer Grosse saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, ZigZag Athletic's goal looked a bit too open when Brendan Menguy came free, but Christer Söder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mathieu Gaud got free with Christer Söder in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mathieu Gaud could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Christer Söder made a huge save. After 22 played minutes Elegance Dijon got a freekick which was hit by Bilal Jullien. Omer Grosse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bengt-Rune Öman in the 23rd minute of play. The supporters of ZigZag Athletic booed when Elegance Dijon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jean-Marc Cômet didn't get a good kick on the ball. When ZigZag Athletic's Nicki Nick in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Christer Söder made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Mathieu Gaud sent off a good shot on target. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lamine Valente to strike the kick off in the second half. Omer Grosse made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicki Nick in the 53rd minute. After a rather tough play, ZigZag Athletic's Wiktor Gaszynski got a free kick in the 59th minute. Wiktor Gaszynski hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Christer Söder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lamine Valente in the 61st minute of play. 71 minutes into the game, Jesper Vollander was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ZigZag Athletic's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Elegance Dijon the free kick. After a rather tough play, ZigZag Athletic's Jesper Vollander got a free kick in the 71st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as ZigZag Athletic's Nicki Nick slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Omer Grosse. That made the score 0-1 after 74 minutes of play. Nicki Nick could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Omer Grosse made a huge save. Christer Söder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mathieu Gaud in the 81st minute of the match. ZigZag Athletic's Christer Söder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richard Gaillet in the 83rd minute of play. After 84 minutes of play, Elegance Dijon's Mathieu Gaud made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christer Söder was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 89th minute Nicki Nick shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Omer Grosse saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Elegance Dijon players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
