In the 10th minute, Sam Bates ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iker Cristos was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Sam Bates took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iker Cristos. Iker Cristos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Sam Bates's late challenge caught a Descamisados CF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sam Bates helped the player get up and apologised. Brandon Branson took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iker Cristos. Iker Cristos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Memphis Grizzlies's Pat Zamora proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Memphis Grizzlies from getting a goal against them. Esteban Elizardos short, quick shot in the 21stth minute got Pat Zamora to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 33 minutes in the game Roberto Perfumo did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Camilo Ranolfo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sam Bates in the 34th minute of play forced Descamisados CF's goalkeeper Iker Cristos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Descamisados CF booed when Memphis Grizzlies was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brandon Branson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 41st match minute, Memphis Grizzlies was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sam Bates to maneuver through the defense. Descamisados CF's Iker Cristos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sam Bates in the 43rd minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Sam Bates made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Sam Bates dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Iker Cristos, 0-4. Iker Cristos didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Memphis Grizzlies's Sam Bates shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-5 in the ordered_time% minute. Sam Bates scored 0-6 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Iker Cristos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Memphis Grizzlies made a substitution. Eric Choupo-Moting replaced Sam Bates. Pat Zamora took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Camilo Ranolfo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eric Choupo-Moting got free with Iker Cristos in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Iker Cristos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albert Henry in the 76th minute of the match. Descamisados CF's Iker Cristos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eric Choupo-Moting in the 82nd minute of play. 84 minutes into the match, Memphis Grizzlies's goal looked a bit too open when Esteban Elizardo came free, but Pat Zamora reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iker Cristos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eric Choupo-Moting, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. In the 90th minute, Memphis Grizzlies's Eric Choupo-Moting ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Iker Cristos. Iker Cristos yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. Memphis Grizzlies played a much better game than Descamisados CF and deserved their victory. The Descamisados CF players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
