After a rather tough play, CON-E-CO's Urbano Cevallo got a free kick in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilesindo Tarapiella in the 23rd minute of play forced Memphis Grizzlies's goalkeeper Pat Zamora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 27 minutes into the match, Memphis Grizzlies's goal looked a bit too open when Gilesindo Tarapiella came free, but Pat Zamora reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When CON-E-CO's Gilesindo Tarapiella in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 42nd minute of the match Martinez Armesto sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pat Zamora skillfully saved the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gilesindo Tarapiella was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Mikolas Olan managed to get in a good position for a shot. CON-E-CO's supporters rose to their feet, but Mikolas Olan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pat Zamora breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gilesindo Tarapiella kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 52ndth minute. Though ot was a great shot Memphis Grizzlies's keeper Pat Zamora was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Memphis Grizzlies's Pat Zamora proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Memphis Grizzlies from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the CON-E-CO defense, Sam Bates kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Demesio Galarreta. The CON-E-CO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Demesio Galarreta should have stopped the shot. 61 minutes into the match, CON-E-CO's goal looked a bit too open when Sam Bates came free, but Demesio Galarreta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sam Bates in the 66th minute of play forced CON-E-CO's goalkeeper Demesio Galarreta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pat Zamora made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Gilesindo Tarapiella sent off a good shot on target. Gilesindo Tarapiella recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Memphis Grizzlies's Hayden Sharp was substituted for Sam Bates. Memphis Grizzlies's Seamus Poynton was substituted for Ma Kun. 75 minutes into the match, Gilesindo Tarapiella dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pat Zamora, 2-1. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Mikolas Olan took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Pat Zamora to make any attempt to save it. Pat Zamora took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilesindo Tarapiella, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Demesio Galarreta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hayden Sharp, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. CON-E-CO's Demesio Galarreta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danny Clegg in the 85th minute of play. Pat Zamora showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilesindo Tarapiella, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as CON-E-CO's Mauro Rosas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pat Zamora. That made the score 2-3 after 90 minutes of play. 94 minutes into the match, CON-E-CO's goal looked a bit too open when Danny Clegg came free, but Demesio Galarreta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of CON-E-CO booed when Memphis Grizzlies was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matthijs De Ligt didn't get a good kick on the ball. CON-E-CO's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
