Stipe Pletikosa came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Sportivo Luan Toro's Norberto-Doroteo Méndez. But to his dismay, Norberto-Doroteo Méndez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 36th minute Sportivo Luan Toro were awarded a corner. Rodri De Paul went to the cornerflag to take it. 38 minutes had been played when some careless play by Spams's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rodri De Paul was slow to take the kick. During this time Sportivo Luan Toro's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Rodri De Paul got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Stipe Pletikosa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gualterio Veto in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gustavo Campagnuolo saved Sportivo Luan Toro from getting behind. Gustavo Campagnuolo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gualterio Veto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gustavo Campagnuolo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gualterio Veto, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Americo Lluc stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
