Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Frank Sachs started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 3 played minutes FC Acqua Palomba got a freekick which was hit by Mario Eneko. In the 4th minute, Frank Sachs ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Amanda van der Sar was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 7th minute, Mario Eneko reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tommy Kahn. The goal made the score 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mario Eneko in the 12th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Ciro Immobile's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tommy Kahn was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Frank Sachs took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Amanda van der Sar. Amanda van der Sar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mario Eneko, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Janik Vogt was shown his second yellow card after 50 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Ciro Immobile struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Tommy Kahn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Acqua Palomba. In the 55th minute Joachim Roberts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Germany booed when FC Acqua Palomba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Giorgio Conte didn't get a good kick on the ball. Giorgio Conte made in the 58th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Fedele Punta immediately put the ball in play. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciro Immobile, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute.
