But to his dismay, Samuele Kunz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 8th minute, 林迅镇 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hias Nüssli was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but 曲朋翀 showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 10 minute of play. The supporters of Switzerland booed when Rich Workman was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. 曲朋翀 didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match clock showed 21 minutes, the score became 2-1 when 曲朋翀 sped through Switzerland's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hias Nüssli. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 潘战亮 in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hias Nüssli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, 曲朋翀 took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Hias Nüssli to make any attempt to save it. In the 30th minute, 曲朋翀 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Samuele Kunz came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Switzerland fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Samuele Kunz couldn't finish the play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Samuele Kunz to strike the kick off in the second half. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but 贺默昆 showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Rich Workman were victorious despite being under pressure from Switzerland for much of the match.
