In the 16th minute, Cacey Sharp left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zero Hedge fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Zero Hedge's Bengt Holm managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Santiago Sartori in the 20 minute of the game. Cacey Sharp could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Gabriel Ascaso made a huge save. Gabriel Ascaso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cacey Sharp's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cacey Sharp got free with Gabriel Ascaso in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gabriel Ascaso made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Gottfrid Stenman sent off a good shot on target. In the 44th minute Omar Toledo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tom Wall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cacey Sharp to strike the kick off in the second half. Cecilio Fanuco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gabriel Ascaso having to make a save. 82 minutes into the match, Spain's goal looked a bit too open when Cecilio Fanuco came free, but Gabriel Ascaso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tom Wall made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergio Ruiz in the 83rd minute of play. If Best Ibland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute Jon Cubero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tom Wall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 91 minutes, Sergio Ruiz made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Zero Hedge's Tom Wall tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The Zero Hedge fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Spain were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
