Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Anders Westerstrand kicked off to start the match. Wilson Amorim came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by The Obscurials's Adriano Ribeiro. But to his dismay, Adriano Ribeiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The throw-in from Rodolfo Miranda in the 8th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by The Obscurials's Virgílio Bezerra. In the 10th minute, one of The Obscurials:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for The Obscurials. The Obscurials:s Safet Hands showed great skill when he stopped Felipe Barreto:s penalty. The Obscurials's Safet Hands played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Pimentel in the 15th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Pimentel in the 17th minute of play forced The Obscurials's goalkeeper Safet Hands to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Safet Hands took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Barreto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes into the game, Anders Westerstrand recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Wilson Amorim. Anders Westerstrand showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. With a little luck, Portugal's Wilson Amorim got control of the ball when Nelson Wright tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 32nd minute Felipe Barreto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Safet Hands saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Safet Hands took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Pimentel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 36th minute, Anders Westerstrand ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wilson Amorim was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. 39 minutes into the game, Portugal's Felipe Barreto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Safet Hands made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Barreto in the 42nd minute of play forced The Obscurials's goalkeeper Safet Hands to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Viriato Moura was the one to do the kick off. The Obscurials's Safet Hands played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Pimentel in the 51st minute of play. Safet Hands made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felipe Barreto in the 55th minute. With a little luck, The Obscurials's Safet Hands got control of the ball when Felipe Barreto tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 72nd minute Daniel Pimentel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Safet Hands saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Safet Hands took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viriato Moura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 78 minutes into the match, The Obscurials's goal looked a bit too open when Viriato Moura came free, but Safet Hands reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 79 minutes, Viriato Moura made it 4-4 with a short kick to the right side. The Obscurials's Safet Hands tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The Obscurials made a substitution. Cliff Rowden replaced Danton Keam. Wilson Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anders Westerstrand in the 85th minute of the match. Fabricio Andrade sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Safet Hands made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Felipinho Amorim sent off a good shot on target. After 91 played minutes The Obscurials got a freekick which was hit by Anton Kjellkvist. 92 minutes into the match, Felipinho Amorim had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Safet Hands. The Obscurials's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Felipinho Amorim was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-5. After a rather tough play, Portugal's Caetano Moreira got a free kick in the 95th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Portugal's zone, Adriano Ribeiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilson Amorim came out of the goal and Adriano Ribeiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Portugal's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
