Ubaldo Matildo Abbondanzieri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldomiro Brais in the 45th minute of the match. The Zuberbühler FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Los Gallos were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cristobal Markel was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Lucas Aramburu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ubaldo Matildo Abbondanzieri. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristobal Markel in the 65th minute of play forced Los Gallos's goalkeeper Anacleto Horado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee showed Tiburcio Goito the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 92 played minutes Zuberbühler FC got a freekick which was hit by Tiburcio Goito. After a rather tough play, Zuberbühler FC's Jacinto Loramendi got a free kick in the 93rd minute. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zuberbühler FC's goalkeeper Ubaldo Matildo Abbondanzieri, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The Zuberbühler FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Los Gallos's performance. The match ended with a win for Los Gallos.
