The supporters of Las 3R Club De Fútbol booed when Los Gallos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evelio Manzanedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luís Islas was a little too slow when Alan Gorria got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 4th minute. The score was now 1-0. Luís Islas was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Alan Gorria showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 11 minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Los Gallos's Alan Gorria sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luís Islas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Luís Islas was out of position in the 18 minute of play, and Alan Gorria capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alan Gorria really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cesar Azeari during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 25th match minute, Las 3R Club De Fútbol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesar Azeari to maneuver through the defense. 30 minutes into the game, Carlos Otsoa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Jiří Kiss was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alan Gorrias short, quick shot in the 32ndth minute got Luís Islas to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The crowd rose to their feet as Los Gallos's Alan Gorria slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Luís Islas. That made the score 6-1 after 37 minutes of play. Iker Cordairo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 41 minutes, Enzo Scifo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Las 3R Club De Fútbol and the Los Gallos players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 41 played minutes Las 3R Club De Fútbol got a freekick which was hit by Enzo Scifo. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alan Gorria got free with Luís Islas in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 44th minute of the match Los Gallos got a corner. Las 3R Club De Fútbol's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Baldomiro Brais ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Evelio Manzanedo heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Alan Gorria might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luís Islas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alan Gorria ran back to his position shaking his head. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 7-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alan Gorria made a kick off. In the 59th match minute, Los Gallos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armando Porro to maneuver through the defense. Las 3R Club De Fútbol's Luís Islas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alan Gorria in the 61st minute of play. Alan Gorria scored 9-1 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luís Islas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Los Gallos's Alan Gorria got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Los Gallos's Vladimiro Jerold was substituted for Alan Gorria. After 70 played minutes Las 3R Club De Fútbol got a freekick which was hit by Leonel Osmundo. Las 3R Club De Fútbol's Luís Islas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vladimiro Jerold in the 71st minute of play. Vladimiro Jerold took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luís Islas. Luís Islas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-1. Los Gallos's Vladimiro Jerold got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Las 3R Club De Fútbol's Luís Islas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vladimiro Jerold in the 79th minute of play. After having played for 80 minutes, Vladimiro Jerold managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Gallos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vladimiro Jerold was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 82 minutes into the match, Vladimiro Jerold had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luís Islas. Las 3R Club De Fútbol's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vladimiro Jerold was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 11-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Vladimiro Jerold managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Gallos's supporters rose to their feet, but Vladimiro Jerold was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luís Islas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Las 3R Club De Fútbol fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 89th minute. Penalty! In the 90th minute there was a penalty for Los Gallos. Honorato Benvido stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Luís Islas. 12-1. After some careless play in the Las 3R Club De Fútbol defense, Vladimiro Jerold kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luís Islas. The Las 3R Club De Fútbol fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luís Islas should have stopped the shot. When Leonel Osmundo fell near the penalty area in the 97th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Las 3R Club De Fútbol's protests and gave Leonel Osmundo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 97th minute, Leonel Osmundo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luís Islas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vladimiro Jerold went, in the 98th minute, to the upper right corner, 14-1 was the resulting score. Los Gallos walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
