Feliciano Harri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Ceferino Austin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luciano Joanes charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luciano Joanes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 31 played minutes Zuberbühler FC got a freekick which was hit by Luciano Joanes. After having played for 36 minutes, Feliciano Harri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zuberbühler FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Feliciano Harri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Celta de Virgos getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Agustin Enetz hit a great ball. In the 39th minute Feliciano Harri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ceferino Austin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Feliciano Harri's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ceferino Austin was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Feliciano Harri in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ceferino Austin saved Celta de Virgos from getting behind. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
