When Triforce Super Soccer's Ato Jabari Hamilton-Maurice in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Atlético Guidovalense's goalie prevented a goal. With a little luck, Triforce Super Soccer's Cristian Salles got control of the ball when Marco Löhr tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 11th minute Chiquinho Correia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Salles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ato Jabari Hamilton-Maurice recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Triforce Super Soccer getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Eduard Kovalchuk hit a great ball. The audience held their breath when Gildo Pimenta in the 21st minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Cristian Salles's left hand side. Triforce Super Soccer's attentive Jean-Pascal Croissant managed to snatch the ball when Álvaro Prata made a throw-in in the 26th minute of the game. Chiquinho Correia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 39 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Ato Jabari Hamilton-Maurice sped through Atlético Guidovalense's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Guillen Aguillar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ato Jabari Hamilton-Maurice stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 50 minutes, Neto Queraria mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atlético Guidovalense and the Triforce Super Soccer players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Triforce Super Soccer booed when Atlético Guidovalense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Neto Queraria didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Sandrinho Passos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Triforce Super Soccer's supporters rose to their feet, but Sandrinho Passos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Guillen Aguillar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Tony Carioca came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Atlético Guidovalense fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tony Carioca couldn't finish the play. In the 60thth minute of the game Neto Queraria who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Triforce Super Soccer's Cristian Salles was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Triforce Super Soccer's Cristian Salles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Löhr in the 63rd minute of play. Cristian Salles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Löhr, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 68th minute Chiquinho Correia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Salles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80th minute Jean-Pascal Croissant suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. After 80 minutes, Edgard Mendes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atlético Guidovalense and the Triforce Super Soccer players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 80 played minutes Atlético Guidovalense got a freekick which was hit by Edgard Mendes. Triforce Super Soccer made a substitution. Rubens Costa replaced Sandrinho Passos. In the 82nd match minute, Atlético Guidovalense was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgard Mendes to maneuver through the defense. After 95 played minutes Atlético Guidovalense got a freekick which was hit by Gildo Pimenta. Triforce Super Soccer were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Atlético Guidovalense's much stronger midfield.
