Jorge Campos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Löhr in the 3rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Neto Queraria got free with Jorge Campos in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 11th minute Marco Löhr shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Campos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, A.C. Paulistano - DMZ's Jorge Campos got control of the ball when Marco Löhr tried to sneak it across the goal line. Severino Cerezo's late challenge caught a Atlético Guidovalense's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Severino Cerezo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 14th minute, Severino Cerezo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fazıl Gol in the 20th minute of play forced Atlético Guidovalense's goalkeeper Guillen Aguillar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute, Chiquinho Correia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Severino Cerezo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 22nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Guillen Aguillar. Atlético Guidovalense's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Jorge Campos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chiquinho Correia in the 25th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Marco Löhr took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Jorge Campos to make any attempt to save it. In the 31st minute of the match, Neto Queraria got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jorge Campos was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Jorge Campos made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Marco Löhr sent off a good shot on target. Guillen Aguillar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruno Leite, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, A.C. Paulistano - DMZ's Haciqämbär Carabajal got a free kick in the 36th minute. A.C. Paulistano - DMZ's defense didn't have a chance, in the 39th minute, when Chiquinho Correia scored to the left of an out of position Jorge Campos, making the score, 3-0. Jorge Campos came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Atlético Guidovalense's Marco Löhr. But to his dismay, Marco Löhr quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

In the 52nd minute, Marco Löhr made a precise shot to the right of Jorge Campos. A.C. Paulistano - DMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. In the 56th minute, Hermínio Cavalcante hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 64 minutes, Manoel Marquez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the A.C. Paulistano - DMZ and the Atlético Guidovalense players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to A.C. Paulistano - DMZ getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Manoel Marquez hit a great ball. 65 minutes into the match, A.C. Paulistano - DMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Neto Queraria came free, but Jorge Campos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, A.C.
