Kemalettin Erbatur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseu Fonseca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Saiko FC's Zé Sabóia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Saiko FC from getting a goal against them. Qiao Kun Guo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Zé Sabóia made a huge save. The supporters of Gol Legal FC booed when Saiko FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walmir Garcia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kemalettin Erbatur didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Josué Gonçalves went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The audience was convinced that Qiao Kun Guo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zé Sabóia was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Eliseu Fonseca scored 0-2 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kemalettin Erbatur, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Qiao Kun Guo was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 29th minute. Gol Legal FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. A collision led to Gol Legal FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Igor Loyola hit a great ball. Jairo Trancoso took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 32nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kemalettin Erbatur. Gol Legal FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, Saiko FC's goal looked a bit too open when Benê Recife came free, but Zé Sabóia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gol Legal FC were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after Saiko FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antoni Borkowski took the corner. With a little luck, Saiko FC's Zé Sabóia got control of the ball when Qiao Kun Guo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zé Sabóia made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Falcão Matorin sent off a good shot on target. In the 43rd minute, Andrézinho Gaúcho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It was beautiful to see Gol Legal FC's Antoni Borkowski in action when he in the 44th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! After the first half Saiko FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Gol Legal FC's Kemalettin Erbatur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Bati in the 52nd minute of play. Zé Sabóia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benê Recife in the 54th minute of play. Kemalettin Erbatur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Bati, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. A collision led to Saiko FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Jairo Trancoso hit a great ball. In the 63rd match minute, Saiko FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jairo Trancoso to maneuver through the defense. Antoni Borkowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zé Sabóia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benê Recife in the 71st minute of the match. Kemalettin Erbatur made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Eliseu Fonseca sent off a good shot on target. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Gol Legal FC's goalkeeper Kemalettin Erbatur, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Zé Sabóia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Loyola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 91st minute Benê Recife shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Sabóia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benê Recife in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zé Sabóia saved Saiko FC from getting behind. The Saiko FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Saiko FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
