After 6 minutes, Cléber Fantini mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Olinda FMZ DMZ and the Art Movies Entertainment players grew even worse after the yellow card. Cléber Fantini kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Art Movies Entertainment's Henrique Bueno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo José Bittencourt in the 9th minute of play. In the 10th minute, Claudinho Barral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ixidor Lelerre made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Cacá Vale sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Art Movies Entertainment defense, Sebastião Perez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Henrique Bueno. The Art Movies Entertainment fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Henrique Bueno should have stopped the shot. Inácio Meira hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. 26 minutes into the match, Art Movies Entertainment's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastião Perez came free, but Henrique Bueno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Henrique Bueno came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Olinda FMZ DMZ's Clemente Goiano. But to his dismay, Clemente Goiano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Antônio Carlos Dantas during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Antônio Carlos Dantas hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. After 36 minutes, Hudson Silva mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Art Movies Entertainment and the Olinda FMZ DMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 36th minute, Hudson Silva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 38thth minute of the game Enrique Koehler who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Olinda FMZ DMZ's Ixidor Lelerre was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 42nd match minute, Art Movies Entertainment was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oscar Pereira to maneuver through the defense. 44 minutes into the match, Art Movies Entertainment's Enrique Koehler sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ixidor Lelerre narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 49th minute of the match Olinda FMZ DMZ got a corner. Art Movies Entertainment's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Erasmo Sanches ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Olinda FMZ DMZ's Erasmo Sanches to fire away a dangerous shot which Henrique Bueno despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Clemente Goiano made a kick off. Art Movies Entertainment's Henrique Bueno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raimundo Raymon in the 54th minute of play. Henrique Bueno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raimundo Raymon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Olinda FMZ DMZ's Sebastião Perez slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Henrique Bueno. That made the score 0-3 after 57 minutes of play. Olinda FMZ DMZ's Raimundo Raymon managed to work through Art Movies Entertainment's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Raimundo Raymon dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. 64 minutes into the match, Olinda FMZ DMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Koehler came free, but Ixidor Lelerre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Cacá Vale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 72nd match minute, Olinda FMZ DMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kip Galvan to maneuver through the defense. Henrique Bueno made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Sebastião Perez sent off a good shot on target. 77 minutes into the game, Clemente Goiano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Henrique Bueno was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 80 minutes into the match, Art Movies Entertainment's goal looked a bit too open when Raimundo Raymon came free, but Henrique Bueno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th play minute Sebastião Perez came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Henrique Bueno. 0-5. In the 84th minute Enrique Koehler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ixidor Lelerre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th minute, Cacá Vale got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Sebastião Perez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Henrique Bueno. That made the score 0-6 in the 96 minute of play. The Olinda FMZ DMZ supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Olinda FMZ DMZ would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
