In the 84th minute of the match, Michel Shevchenko tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Luís Gustavo Tande saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Teresópolis F.C's Teodoro Prado was substituted for Jardel Messias. After 89 played minutes Thorin SC got a freekick which was hit by Adilson Saldanha. When the match was over Teresópolis F.C could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Thorin SC throughout the match.
