Alexsandro Netto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 18th minute, Mané Catarinense left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Samurai Champions FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Cido Schmidt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tony Viana in the 24th minute of play. S.C.CHUÍ's Cido Schmidt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mané Catarinense in the 27th minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, Mané Catarinense notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of S.C.CHUÍ's Cido Schmidt. Cido Schmidt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

After 51 minutes, Cauã Arantes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Samurai Champions FC and the S.C.CHUÍ players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Adolfo Marquez in the 52nd minute of play forced Samurai Champions FC's goalkeeper Alexsandro Netto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 53rd minute, Gerson Carvalho made a precise shot to the right of Alexsandro Netto. Samurai Champions FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. In the 57th match minute, S.C.CHUÍ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valdir Paraense to maneuver through the defense. Valdir Paraense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Alexsandro Netto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carlos Eduardo Correia took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cido Schmidt. Cido Schmidt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. After a rather tough play, Samurai Champions FC's João Pedro da Mata got a free kick in the 78th minute. Felipe do Nascimento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 90th minute, Gerson Carvalho made a precise shot to the right of Alexsandro Netto. Samurai Champions FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-3. S.C.CHUÍ walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
