After some careless play in the PIRATAS TFP defense, Porfiro Catalan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Diguinho Nóbrega. The PIRATAS TFP fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Diguinho Nóbrega should have stopped the shot. Cafu Silveira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Pedro Mazza made a huge save. 12 minutes into the match, PIRATAS TFP's goal looked a bit too open when Tebaldo Comas came free, but Diguinho Nóbrega reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Diguinho Nóbrega showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samuca Leão in the 13th minute of the match. Cafu Silveira hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Jano Macedo charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jano Macedo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Vicit FC booed when PIRATAS TFP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jano Macedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 16th minute of the match Alfredinho Tasso sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Diguinho Nóbrega skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, PIRATAS TFP's Jano Macedo got a free kick in the 17th minute. Porfiro Catalan scored 0-2 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Diguinho Nóbrega, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 23 minutes into the match, Vicit FC's Samuca Leão sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Diguinho Nóbrega narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Diguinho Nóbrega showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tebaldo Comas, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. In the 34th minute Tebaldo Comas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diguinho Nóbrega saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Porfiro Catalan couldn't finish the play. In the 42nd minute, Tebaldo Comas made a precise shot to the right of Diguinho Nóbrega. PIRATAS TFP's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. The supporters of PIRATAS TFP booed when Vicit FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zé Pedro Fontes didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Vicit FC were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cafu Silveira made a kick off. After 51 played minutes PIRATAS TFP got a freekick which was hit by Jano Macedo. Diguinho Nóbrega showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samuca Leão in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 54th minute Samuca Leão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diguinho Nóbrega saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Porfiro Catalan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Diguinho Nóbrega made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Samuca Leão sent off a good shot on target. From close distance Samuca Leão pressed in the 0-5 goal high up into nets stiches in the right cross 64 minutes into the game. In the 67th minute of the match, Samuca Leão tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Diguinho Nóbrega saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 70 minutes into the match, Vicit FC's Alfredinho Tasso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Diguinho Nóbrega narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 77 minutes, Diguinho Nóbrega successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The crowd rose to their feet as Samuca Leão kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Diguinho Nóbrega. That made the score 0-6 in the 78 minute of play. With a little luck, PIRATAS TFP's Diguinho Nóbrega got control of the ball when Tebaldo Comas tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to PIRATAS TFP getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Jano Macedo hit a great ball. In the 83rd minute of the match Alfredinho Tasso shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Diguinho Nóbrega showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Diguinho Nóbrega made an important save on a dangerous shot by Porfiro Catalan in the 84th minute. Samuca Leão might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Diguinho Nóbrega. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Samuca Leão ran back to his position shaking his head. Tebaldo Comas struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Diguinho Nóbrega didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vicit FC. Porfiro Catalan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Samuca Leão blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Diguinho Nóbrega having to make a save. Vicit FC played a much better game than PIRATAS TFP and deserved their victory. The PIRATAS TFP players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
