Valdemar Quadros was out of position in the 27 minute of play, and Severino Secco capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Severino Secco really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Mané Corrêa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Valdemar Quadros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 40 minutes into the game, César Silva threw the ball into play from the sideline. Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-'s Wágner Fox quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. With 43 minutes on the clock, Marcos Amorim commited a dangerous tackle. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in PREZULO FC reached it. The Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ- fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valdemar Quadros should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ- getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Hortêncio Fontes hit a great ball. Hortêncio Fontes kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. When Hortêncio Fontes came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hortêncio Fontes couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fernandinho Barral during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
