Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Tony Viana started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Mané Catarinense came up free with the goalie in the 2nd minute, the Samurai Champions FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mané Catarinense couldn't finish the play. Gilvan Nunes hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. If Diego Velloso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Mané Catarinense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Diego Velloso got free with Diego Alves in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Diego Velloso came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Diego Velloso couldn't finish the play. 22 minutes into the match, Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s goal looked a bit too open when Tony Viana came free, but Dida Capixaba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dida Capixaba came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Samurai Champions FC's Mané Catarinense. But to his dismay, Mané Catarinense quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Luiz Fábio Garcia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diego Alves having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Zé Augusto Furtado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 31 minutes into the match, Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s Raimundo Félix broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The audience was convinced that Diego Velloso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Diego Alves was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Diego Velloso received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Diego Alves came out and tried to block the shot, but Diego Velloso slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 34th minute. In the 43rd match minute, Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Valladares to maneuver through the defense. Dida Capixaba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tony Viana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Henrique Mineiro kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Diego Velloso stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Diego Alves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vladimir Trigo in the 52nd minute of the match. Carlos Eduardo Correia hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Samurai Champions FC's André Luís Rossi got a free kick in the 57th minute. Diego Alves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raimundo Félix in the 58th minute of play. In the 61st match minute, Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Valladares to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s zone, Mané Catarinense stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dida Capixaba came out of the goal and Mané Catarinense tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Toledo in the 64th minute of play forced Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s goalkeeper Dida Capixaba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tony Viana's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 65thth minute, Dida Capixaba skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Tony Viana in the 65thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Dida Capixaba, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s Dida Capixaba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Toledo in the 66th minute of play. Alex Toledo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luiz Fábio Garcia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Diego Alves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Samurai Champions FC's goalkeeper Diego Alves, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 75 played minutes Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- got a freekick which was hit by Thomás Figueiredo. 76 minutes into the match, Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s goal looked a bit too open when Tony Viana came free, but Dida Capixaba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dida Capixaba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Toledo in the 90th minute of play. In the 90th minute, Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s Bernardo Valladares seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Bernardo Valladares the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Bernardo Valladares had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 89 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-! A collision led to Samurai Champions FC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Zé Augusto Furtado hit a great ball. When Diego Velloso came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Diego Velloso couldn't finish the play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
