Dida Capixaba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Augusto Mesquita in the 6th minute of the match. 8 minutes into the match, Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s goal looked a bit too open when José Augusto Mesquita came free, but Dida Capixaba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s goal looked a bit too open when Régis de Andrade came free, but Dida Capixaba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 14 minutes, Luciano Bittencourt mouthed his way into the referee's book. Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s Dida Capixaba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Régis de Andrade in the 30th minute of play. When Luiz Paulo Gaspar fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-'s protests and gave Luiz Paulo Gaspar a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-'s Luiz Paulo Gaspar got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Dida Capixaba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Paulo Gaspar in the 39th minute of the match. Dida Capixaba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Régis de Andrade in the 41st minute of play. Wágner Fox sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Dida Capixaba was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 72 minutes into the match, Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s goal looked a bit too open when José Augusto Mesquita came free, but Dida Capixaba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s Dida Capixaba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guga Negri in the 74th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as José Augusto Mesquita kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dida Capixaba. That made the score 0-3 in the 77 minute of play. With a little luck, Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s Dida Capixaba got control of the ball when Guga Negri tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
