Durvalino Trevisan hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Arnaldo Porto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Durvalino Trevisan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Diego Alves was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. 9 minutes had been played when some careless play by Samurai Champions FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Carlinhos Velasco was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Barrera 2.0's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Luiz Fábio Barbosa almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Samurai Champions FC's Diego Alves did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnaldo Porto in the 13th minute of play forced FC Barrera 2.0's goalkeeper Christian Castro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. André Luís Rossi hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. In the 21st minute of the match FC Barrera 2.0 got a corner. Samurai Champions FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Carlinhos Velasco ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led FC Barrera 2.0's Carlinhos Velasco to fire away a dangerous shot which Diego Alves despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Luiz Fábio Barbosa notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Samurai Champions FC's Diego Alves. Diego Alves was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 25th minute Alex Toledo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Castro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 27th minute, Arnaldo Porto made a precise shot to the right of Christian Castro. FC Barrera 2.0's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. Carlinhos Velasco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Diego Alves made a huge save. In the 32nd minute, Carlos Eduardo Correia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luiz Fábio Barbosa hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. 37 minutes into the match, Samurai Champions FC's goalkeeper Diego Alves had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carlinhos Velasco. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Luiz Fábio Barbosa managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Barrera 2.0's supporters rose to their feet, but Luiz Fábio Barbosa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Diego Alves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, FC Barrera 2.0's Cleiton Furtado got a free kick in the 40th minute. Carlos Eduardo Correia hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Tony Viana made the kick off in the second half. Luiz Fábio Barbosa hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 61st match minute, Samurai Champions FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Eduardo Correia to maneuver through the defense. Diego Alves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Durvalino Trevisan in the 62nd minute of the match. Samurai Champions FC's Diego Alves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Fábio Barbosa in the 64th minute of play. Diego Alves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlinhos Velasco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 79 minutes of play, FC Barrera 2.0's Carlinhos Velasco made it 5-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Diego Alves was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Carlinhos Velasco managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Barrera 2.0's supporters rose to their feet, but Carlinhos Velasco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Carlinhos Velasco managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Barrera 2.0's supporters rose to their feet, but Carlinhos Velasco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Diego Alves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. FC Barrera 2.0's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
