In the 14th minute, Roderick van Boxel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Breguete FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Henrique Bueno didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eugênio de Carvalho went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 23 minutes into the match, Art Movies Entertainment's goal looked a bit too open when Eugênio de Carvalho came free, but Henrique Bueno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Enrique Koehler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Breguete FC booed when Art Movies Entertainment was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oscar Pereira didn't get a good kick on the ball. But to his dismay, Eugênio de Carvalho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Antônio Paulista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Enrique Koehler got free with Artur Pernambucano in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Cacá Vale might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Artur Pernambucano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cacá Vale ran back to his position shaking his head. Henrique Bueno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugênio de Carvalho in the 67th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antônio Paulista in the 67th minute of play forced Art Movies Entertainment's goalkeeper Henrique Bueno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Joaquim Seco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Art Movies Entertainment fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Henrique Bueno should have stopped the shot. When Breguete FC's Eugênio de Carvalho in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Art Movies Entertainment's goalie prevented a goal. 83 minutes into the game, Hudson Silva was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Art Movies Entertainment's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Breguete FC the free kick. After 84 played minutes Eugênio de Carvalho rounded Art Movies Entertainment's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-6. With a little luck, Art Movies Entertainment's Henrique Bueno got control of the ball when Roderick van Boxel tried to sneak it across the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Art Movies Entertainment's goalkeeper Henrique Bueno had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roderick van Boxel. Art Movies Entertainment's defense didn't have a chance, in the 91st minute, when Roderick van Boxel scored to the left of an out of position Henrique Bueno, making the score, 0-7. In the 96th minute, Joaquim Seco made a precise shot to the right of Henrique Bueno. Art Movies Entertainment's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-8. Breguete FC played a much better game than Art Movies Entertainment and deserved their victory. The Art Movies Entertainment players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
