The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Benprev's João Pedro Reis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Paulo de Lima in the 3rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eilert Mørck in the 7th minute of play forced Triforce Super Soccer's goalkeeper Cristian Salles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Triforce Super Soccer's zone, Eilert Mørck stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristian Salles came out of the goal and Eilert Mørck tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 10thth minute of the game Ato Jabari Hamilton-Maurice who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Benprev's João Pedro Reis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. João Pedro Reis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Paulo Alcântara in the 12th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Eliseo Frutos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Benprev's supporters rose to their feet, but Eliseo Frutos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristian Salles breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 17 minutes into the match, Benprev's goal looked a bit too open when José Paulo Alcântara came free, but João Pedro Reis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Triforce Super Soccer were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after Benprev's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ato Jabari Hamilton-Maurice took the corner. 22 minutes into the match, Benprev's goal looked a bit too open when Jean-Pascal Croissant came free, but João Pedro Reis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute of the match Triforce Super Soccer got a corner. Benprev's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ato Jabari Hamilton-Maurice ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ato Jabari Hamilton-Maurice shot a long shot in the 26th minute and a light blocked João Pedro Reis hadn't a chance when the ball went into goal on his right side. It was 0-1. 29 minutes into the game, Triforce Super Soccer's José Paulo Alcântara nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. João Pedro Reis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Cristian Salles was a little too slow when Eilert Mørck got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 32nd minute. The score was now 1-2. Eliseo Frutos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Cristian Salles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Benprev getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Dino Teles hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Benprev defense, Luiz Paulo de Lima kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of João Pedro Reis. The Benprev fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that João Pedro Reis should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Benprev getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Soner Şentürk hit a great ball. Benprev's João Pedro Reis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ato Jabari Hamilton-Maurice in the 43rd minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, José Paulo Alcântara had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of João Pedro Reis. Benprev's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that José Paulo Alcântara was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. Reginaldo Albuquerque kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.

Filip Hodne charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Filip Hodne the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Benprev getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Filip Hodne hit a great ball. When Sandrinho Passos, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 55 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The João Pedro Reis was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Ato Jabari Hamilton-Maurice could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but João Pedro Reis made a huge save. João Pedro Reis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ato Jabari Hamilton-Maurice in the 68th minute of play. With a little luck, Benprev's João Pedro Reis got control of the ball when Ato Jabari Hamilton-Maurice tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Dino Teles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. João Pedro Reis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ato Jabari Hamilton-Maurice in the 76th minute of the match. João Pedro Reis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Paulo Alcântara in the 81st minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Triforce Super Soccer's goal looked a bit too open when Guto Mendonça came free, but Cristian Salles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. João Pedro Reis made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Ato Jabari Hamilton-Maurice sent off a good shot on target. 88 minutes into the match, José Paulo Alcântara notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Benprev's João Pedro Reis. João Pedro Reis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Triforce Super Soccer's Rubens Costa was substituted for Sandrinho Passos. Benprev's João Pedro Reis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Benprev from getting a goal against them. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Triforce Super Soccer eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
