Aloísio Rodrigues showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chiquinho Correia in the 5th minute of the match. After 5 minutes of play, Atlético Guidovalense's Chiquinho Correia made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aloísio Rodrigues was left in no man's land by his defense there! Frederico Vianna hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Chiquinho Correia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 16th match minute, Warren FC - DMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Afonsinho Marques to maneuver through the defense. When Waldir Reis came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Atlético Guidovalense fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Waldir Reis couldn't finish the play. Guillen Aguillar was out of position in the 19 minute of play, and Ni Feng Nan capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ni Feng Nan really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Guillen Aguillar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ni Feng Nan, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Aloísio Rodrigues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chiquinho Correia in the 26th minute of play. It was a well-played corner which Chiquinho Correia managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Zé Roberto Pires kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Warren FC - DMZ's Aloísio Rodrigues played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Neto Queraria in the 37th minute of play. 38 minutes had been played when some careless play by Warren FC - DMZ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Waldir Reis was slow to take the kick. During this time Atlético Guidovalense's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Edgard Mendes heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Edgard Mendes hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. In the 40th match minute, Warren FC - DMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kiko Vides to maneuver through the defense. Aloísio Rodrigues showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chiquinho Correia, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After a rather tough play, Warren FC - DMZ's Vito Rocha got a free kick in the 47th minute. Warren FC - DMZ made a substitution. Carlos Alberto Antunes replaced Kiko Vides. The supporters of Atlético Guidovalense booed when Warren FC - DMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vito Rocha didn't get a good kick on the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marco Löhr to strike the kick off in the second half. After 63 minutes Warren FC - DMZ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Waldir Reis who took care of the corner kick. Atlético Guidovalense's Chiquinho Correia got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Neto Queraria took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Aloísio Rodrigues to make any attempt to save it. Álvaro Prata kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. 79 minutes into the match, Edgard Mendes dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Aloísio Rodrigues, 1-3. 87 minutes into the match, Warren FC - DMZ's goalkeeper Aloísio Rodrigues had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marco Löhr. With a little luck, Warren FC - DMZ's Aloísio Rodrigues got control of the ball when Marco Löhr tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 95th minute, Wellington Guerra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
